Information and Instructions

An Active X Control Module is required to use the camera viewing portions of this online DVR; it may take some time to download and install depending on the speed of your connection - please be patient!

You may see a yellow bar appear at the top of your Internet Explorer browser, like the one shown below:

To view the DVR Demo, you will need to install this ActiveX control. To do so, click on the yellow bar and select the Install ActiveX Control option, as shown here:

You will then be shown a message asking you to authorize the ActiveX Control installation, like so:

Select the "Install" option. After a few moments, the DVR Live view should appear. If not, try Refreshing the connection (press F5 on your keyboard).

If necessary, please adjust your Active X Control Installation settings accordingly - if you are running Windows2000 or XP Pro, you may need Administrator privileges.

Also, some firewall and "pop-up" blocking software may interfere with the ActiveX Control. Such sotware may be required to be disabled before the viewer will function properly.
